I have dabbled in videos recently... some screen captures (ie. tutorials) and some video editing.
This video is by far the one I'm most proud of. While it is obviously South Park, in this episode, there are two stories told. The stories are intertwined, and I only wanted one of the stories. It was a pain. It was worth it.

I have been a long time fan of JibJab. They have made lots of political and economical cartoons that, while making you laugh, always leave you thinking seriously afterward.
